Comprehensive is the word, at least so the developers say. The way of protection in this new Dr.Web’s suite is smart; the application can operate even if you install it onto an infected PC.
The set of features is, in fact, common for this type of security suites. It monitors the HTTP traffic to help you detect malicious sites. The protection is cloud-based; the suite can check the URLs in real time and return the conclusions from the remote analytic server. The service also offers preventive protection against latest menaces. So when a newly launched worm or Trojan reaches your OC, you’ll be warned and armed.
There are also spam filters, USB media control, and its own firewall to replace a default system one.
And here’s some extra features that Dr.Web Security Space has in store. First, it offers free Android protection as you purchase a Windows license, and it has nearly the same features. Second, there is a parental control feature that won’t the child at the PC get in trouble. Third, a built-in data backup prevents from losing the most important files on your computer.
Unlike many other suites, Dr.Web Security Space is fully compatible with Windows XP (and up to 10).
